Wow! We got a recomendation from a local while shopping. Went for a birthday dinner. The italian food was wonderful, the service was incredible. Wish we lived closer. Will definitely be back

I have seen some recent reviews that portrayed staff negatively. We recently had the backroom to ourselves for a baby shower and found that the staff was very flexible. Our numbers changed and were a little below the agreed 40, but that was not a problem with the restaurant. The space was still decorated for the holidays so it had a very festive ambiance. The room is only so big, and there were a lot of people with big gifts, but they were helpful in putting things out of the way. A friend recently hosted a dinner for 40+friends and family in Baci's main floor back room for an after funeral event for her recently departed husband. She did not realize until presented with the bill that there was a separate $200 charge for just the room. The owner was horribly rude to our friend and instead of trying to understand why she did not know about the charge told her and a few other people never to come to Baci.
